We have a winner!!!  (See attached).  I turned off the "Old rtf code" but didn't upgrade to E-Sword 10.2.  Perhaps my approach is different than others when it comes to updating, but when I'm not super-familiar with things I prefer not to update immediately--especially remembering some of the "bumps" I've had to overcome in module making.

 

Thank you all for your time and help.  As always, I wouldn't have even been able to begin these projects without your help.

I need to add that about turning off Old RTF code in the hyperlink/bookmark section of the documentation. It says it elsewhere but it needs to be in the Hyperlink/Boomark section too.
