I was downloading a program and Firefox said it would take 9 minutes. But then it got stuck at the 4 minute mark. I tried to go back and start all over but the Download button was whitted out. I clicked on the Firefox Download button and the program appeared and a scroll bar started scrolling so I was hoping that the download was completing. However, when I installed it, the title is listed with the other references but that's all. I don't know if I need to delete this empty file or how to do it (I realize this is an e-Sword issue but someone here may know the answer). And  I don't know what to do to get this resource downloaded. Any suggestions?

What resource were you dealing with?  You might just try to download it and install it again, that should work.  If you want to delete it go to program files/e-sword directory and it should be there.
