e-Sword has been available for Android devices for some time now. How does e-Sword for Android compare with MySword? Can MySword modules be used on e-Sword for Android?

Right now only e-Sword modules work with the Android version of e-Sword

If you're stuck on a decision as to whether to choose Windows, Google, or a Mac product to run any version of Esword, I would go with a Windows based product for the number of resources available. If you want reliability and a virus free environment, I'd chose a Mac, or Apple based product. I would personally avoid Google based products, but that's just me. Out of the two, between Windows and Apple based products, I still 100% would choose Apple over Windows. I Have both, and prefer the interface of the Apple/Mac based product over the Windows version of Esword.

Hi Brian,
On your second question the answer is, No.

To your first question - At the moment e-Sword is purely a reader. This means that at the moment there are no editors. So, taking notes of on sort or another is just not there. Therefore, at the moment if your intention is to have and take notes, stick with MySword. If you are happy to not have notes, then switch over to e-Sword.

When it comes to comparison, at the moment one just cannot really give a proper valued judgement without having any capabilities to compare with. e-Sword for Android is basically really in its early development stages. Once Rick adds extra or new features to the program, then one can makes comparisons and draw some either positive or negative conclusions.

Trust you find this information helpful.

Blessings,
