Crossway Bibles created and published a comprehensive list of place names in the ESV Bible.

I tooltipped document and looks like this.

Abana        2Ki_5:12
Abarim        Num_27:12, Num_33:47, Num_33:48, Deu_32:49, Jer_22:20
Abdon        Jos_21:30, 1Ch_6:74
Abel        2Sa_20:14, 2Sa_20:15, 2Sa_20:18

Reading the Tooltip guide I would need to have it look like this (below). Using the set mark and then line enter for the definition to be separate from the word (in this case it is just Scripture references).

÷Abana
    2Ki_5:12
÷Abarim
        Num_27:12, Num_33:47, Num_33:48, Deu_32:49, Jer_22:20
÷Abdon
    Jos_21:30, 1Ch_6:74
÷Abel
    2Sa_20:14, 2Sa_20:15, 2Sa_20:18

I'm not sure how many entries there are in this document, but more than I would like to set up individually.
I've looked at macros available but didn't find any that would do the procedures outlined in the Tooltip Guide for creating a dictionary.

From Tooltip Guide
"To begin the Dictionary, click Marks from the main menu and choose Set Mark. This inserts a mark so ToolTip NT knows this is a dictionary term. The line(s) that follow will contain comments/definitions on this dictionary term.
Immediately beside the Mark you just inserted, enter the first dictionary term.
Press the enter key to create a new line. Type a comment about the dictionary term.
ToolTip NT recognizes lines of text without a Mark as being comments for the previous dictionary term."

Is there a macro in order to do this in mass, or someway else that I am overlooking?
I have imported this document in to E-Sword in topic notes and then click on the word which then shows up in the dictionary window for the various dictionaries, but I would rather this document made into a dictionary.

Thanks for any help.

Use this to style .
open the file in ms office word.
click on find and replace
Find ^p
Replace ^p^p (the mark symbol) or put the mark in front

Find space (3 or 5 spacee)
Replace ^p^p

this should give you the result you eant
