I have been trying to access the e-sword website for about 6 weeks to no avail. I have a link on my website to e-sword which has also not been working. Does anyone know what is going on?

http://www.e-sword.net/

Works fine for me.  Maybe your folks have you blocked from unhealthy websites :-)  NOT!!!  :-)  You might try a different browser, clear the cache and cookies in your present browser but would not think that would do it.

Can you open E-sword and go to downloads and connect?

Maybe one person a week tells me they can't reach www.e-sword.net. It started about a month ago.

I should start asking where they are geographically in case a country or a large ISP in a country has banned the site.

I am having problems accessing the website on my computer. I have not had problemns previously. I've tried three different browsers (Firefox, Chrome and IE) and the download function in e-sword. I can get it on my mobile when connected to mobile data network but am having problems when connected via wireless. Could it be the new child protection that the UK government is insisting that ISPs put in place? I might have problems getting any help from my current ISP (Sky) as I have just signed up with another ISP. If I  can find out anything I will post it here.

Regards

Bushy

Both Vic Williams (original poster) and Bushy are using Sky, based on their IP addresses. Several more who complained to me about this recently are also in the United Kingdom and using Sky. It appears the Sky ISP in the UK has banned e-Sword.net.
