I've been able to create a Bible Module successfully and now I'd like to put the translation notes in with it.
Sometimes there are alternative translations where a word may have several meanings or the translator chooses an Aramaic word rather than a Greek one. In a hard copy these usually are signified by a small number and the corresponding note at the bottom of the page or in a margin.

Any ideas on how to include these 'margin' notes so that I can hover the mouse at the appropriate number in the verse and get a little 'popup' to show what the alternative reading or translators note is?

I'm not sure if I'm being clear enough in my description but it works similar to the Strongs Numbers except  they are are simply superscript numbers or similar which may be 1, 2, 3... etc or even a, b, c... to indicate the translator has some comment to make at that point.

Thanks in advance.

Hi

as I know of, the bible section of e-Sword does not support scripture pop-ups. What you can do is make a commentary module that has your foot notes and cross references.

If want, you can make your footnotes in the bible (change the text to a different color).

As an example, check out my study bible set

thanks

Thanks for that Patchworkid.
I appreciate the response.

Cheers!
