Hello,

I am in the process of adding 'collections' of TOPX to my iPad. I've converted a ton of TOPX to REFI using the tool provided by e-sword web site. I'm working through the A.W. Pink Collection and getting tired very quickly.

  1. Is there any way to batch convert TOPX to REFI? Any macros/scripts I could use/create?
  2. If not, what about combining them all in Tool TIP NT and then converting to REFI.

If I go with #2, Any tips on the Book Title / Chapters / Sections? For example is there a way to make:

Book Title 1

01 Chapter Title

02 Chapter Title

.....

Book Title 2

01 Chapter Title

02 Chapter Title

....

Thanks for any insight and tips!

Josh

Now that I've done a few and played around with combining multiple topx into one REFI. Some type of batch tool would be best. This would be EXTREMELY helpful. While I have my fair share of bibles, commentaries, etc...topx is by far my largest collection of e-sword modules.

Why not email Rick Meyers who made the converter with this suggestion? It may be something he can easily do by adding another option and a few routines based off of his existing code.

Thanks Josh, I did make email Rick with the suggestion. In the interim I've been using "macro recorder". It's a bit of a hack, but I copy all the topx I want to convert in a directory. Then record a macro that selects the top topx, converts it, deletes it, and loops back through until it completes the directory of topx. It's not perfect, but getting he job done. :)
