Hello,

I would like to be able to format the text inside the windows (e.g. Bible text, commentary text, etc.) so I could have a margin (e.g. of 2 or 3 pixels) on the left and right margins where the text displays.

Having the text butt up against the edge of the inside of the display window makes it difficult to read easily.

Thanks!

Robert

I use my reference library a lot.  Often I need leave and come back to finish what I was reading but with some volumes it takes time and often effort to find where I was.  Is it possible to have a bookmarking system in the Resource Library so that I could click on a bookmark easily and find where I finished.  At the moment I highlight the line and then spend time scrolling through numerous pages until I find it.  If there is a bookmarking system in the Library please let me know where it is.  If not is it worth considering?

Thanks for listening.

Hi Tom,

Try this simple workaround shown in the video below.

Trust you found this helpful.

e-Sword version 10.2

Scripture references in the Bible view having associated Study Notes will now display a wavy underline to denote such.

The Reference Library now has automatic Bookmarks for every article.

Yes this is odd that Tomnahurich is losing position, because as you can see here, the position you leave should be retained, and that is since version 10.2

It could be that Tomnahurich is using the Mac version of e-Sword—they didn't specify which version they were using. On the Mac, when you open the Reference Library, it will come back to the topic that you last were looking at, but does not go back to your last position in that topic. Instead it starts at the top again. I'm not sure why Rick Meyers didn't put that feature in the Mac version.

The same goes for the iOS versions. I don't know about Android, but my guess would be that it works the same as the Mac and iOS versions—that is, it doesn't remember your last position in the last Reference Book you were reading.
