Is anyone currently using E-sword on MicroSoft's Surface Pro (Windows 8). How is it working out for you ? I'm thinking about going to the Surface Pro....I'm looking for Pos/Neg feedback.

Was just looking at the specs and it certainly should work well with e-sword.  In my mind it goes to how you will be using things etc.  Seems to be overkill for portable work unless you never use anything else.  I'd guess android and mysword would do as well for a lot cheaper.  However, if I had the money and wife's okay :-) I'd probably opt for the surface - overkill works!  Will be interested in some expert opinions

Thanks exscentric....you're right it is a lil "Pricey". Its lighter than a lap-top....gives me options between a lap-top and a tablet....What I want is regular E-sword....not MySword or the iPad versions. I'm just trying to sort it all out...see what works and what doesn't ya know ?! Thanks for the input !!

Relating to RT, I just read the following that kind of indicates it might not.  The article speaks of MS Outlook being ported to RT.  I'm not to knowledgeable but that doesn't sound good ???

eSword is not compatable with RT.  Using eSword on a Surface should be a breeze as you shouldn't have to contend with "fat fingers" trying to tap small icons.  The pen that comes with the Surface fixes that problem.
