The Man Who Believed and Taught
This short biography by J.F. Burnett is part of a series on influential preachers of the 1800's whose battle cry was "back to the Bible!" Like the others in this series (see them listed below), Abner Jones was a man who determined not to follow denominational names, creeds, and practices. Instead, his cry was for going by the name "Christian" only, and following the Bible only. He left his medical practice so he could devote his full time to converting lost souls to Christ.
Other biographies in this series in e-Sword format:

- Rev. James O'Kelly
- Elias Smith (coming soon)
- Memoirs of the Life and Experiences, Travels and Preachings of Abner Jones (autobiography)
