Hi Josh:I wonder if I can use some kind of ref taggers or any other program for an e book. I am writing on the beatitudes and I would like to make an e book that people could see all the biblical references about the topic. How can I do that for an e book? I know very little about computers. I haven't finished yet, I have already a year with this project. Thus, I have time to think about something.

The ebook is a website? You can add this to each page if it's a simple HTML website, or to the theme if it's a Wordpress site: http://reftagger.com/ The site has step by step instructions on usage.
Now, this won't work with an Amazon Kindle ebook. This works for websites.
