The ESV is also one of the free "official" modules from e-Sword.net. Just click on the "Download" menu; then the "Bibles" menu item and the e-Sword Module Downloader appears. The ESV is about the 10th Bible down. But you will need to upgrade to the latest e-Sword. It is worth it.
