APL385 Unicode font not getting installed.

I've been getting the "APL385 Unicode" font is not installed on your system message every time I start ToolTip Tool NT. The message tells me to click install on the following screen to install the font. When I click OK, a window pops up with samples of the font at different sizes. There are two buttons in this window: Done and Print. There is no install option, so I click the done button so I can use ToolTip Tool NT.

However, every subsequent time I open ToolTip Tool NT, I get the exact same message stating that the font is not installed. How can I get the font installed so I don't see this message each time I open ToolTip Tool NT?

I had this message also. What I did was navigate to the location of T4 in the Programs Files\e-Sword ToolTip Tool NT
You will see the font there. So just left click on it and select install.

Thanks, Jon. Left clicking didn't do anything, so I double clicked with my left mouse button and I got the same window with the font samples. Again, no install button.

I think the problem might be that I'm running XP. I tried to install via Control Panel, and I got a message stating that the font was already installed. I then opened ToolTip Tool NT, and the missing font message was no longer there.

So everything seems okay now.

Next version will eliminate the whole issue (I hope). What used to be very simple, installing a font, for some reason, Windows 7 is thwarting my efforts. I have found a Windows API call which will allow me to install a font temporarily, while my program is running, which should solve my issue on this point. It works here, though no one else has tried it. That is when it will break! :-)

An update has been posted to T4 which hopefully will address the font issue.
