I had a 0 yesterday; but mine reloaded without having to press CTRL-F5. I think I may have just hit the "reload current page" icon at the top of Firefox. Does that do the same thing?
Sometimes. Every browser caches content-- it downloads content, images, scripts, stylesheets, html, etc, and then stores it in a folder so the next time you visit the site, it does not reload every image, jscript, css, etc. Eventually a browser will reload all content, over time. I forget what the rules are and it's different between browsers. F5 will refresh some items, but if the items were recently cached, it may not. So CTRL-F5 is necessary sometimes (as with Niobi above) to ensure the old cache of content is discarded.
So to avoid saying all that, I usually say: CTRL F5...
