Sounds like you need to press CTRL-F5 to perform a hard refresh, which re-downloads everything from the site.

It should work. Try it again. Not F5. Hold the CTRL key while pressing F5. There should be a delay while all content is re-downloaded and synchronized.

I re-routed the chat through "the cloud" and not through this server, to take the cpu strain off the server.

Some people's clients must still be looking to this server for a chat connection, while others are properly in "the cloud". Those seeing 0 will have to press CTRL-F5 to re-download the chat code, else they will appear in the chat list but not see chats.

I had a 0 yesterday; but mine reloaded without having to press CTRL-F5. I think I may have just hit the "reload current page" icon at the top of Firefox. Does that do the same thing?
