is T4 supposed to tooltip references in a text frame? Because, right now, mine isn't.

Text Frames are like having a completely separate document within the document. It will take some hoop jumping to get frames to tooltip...

yeah, I can tell you from personal experience NOT to select the text in a frame to tooltip....

Good news is that Tables will tooltip. Text frames will not.

I found the magic

is T4 supposed to tooltip references in a text frame? Because, right now, mine isn't.

I found the magic. I hope to post a fix soon. Essentially, I need to find out if there are text frames, how many, then run the tooltipping routine on all of them. Just as if there were multiple documents.

OK DDT - I think I have frames working. Note that partial selection should now also work, and if you select a frame, press Ctrl+A, it should select just the text in that frame and you can run the tooltipper just on that. If you have nothing selected, then tooltipping will run on the entire document, stepping through all the frames while it does so. I don't think I've broken anything!!! ;-)

OH - and clicking the Help menu, and "Check For Update..." should look and see if you are currently running the most recent version.
