I would want specific examples of missing text to make sure its worth remaking.

Which edition of Strong's Numbers does e-Sword include?
Which edition of Nave's Topical Bible does e-Sword include?

If issues like that are of no concern to one, then the omissions and additions are probably not going to be relevant to one.

I have two hard copies of Strong's. The first, I purchased roughly 40 years ago, back in the early to mid 1970's. It was published by Crusade Bible Publishers but it doesn't have a printing/copyright date or an ISBN but on the spine it says it is the Riverside Edition. The second, I acquired late last year. It is published by Hendrickson. It, too, does not have a printing/copyright date but it does have an ISBN: 0-917006-01-1. With the sole exception of a minor rewording of the final note on the General Preface page, I cannot find a difference between the two volumes. It appears as though they were printed using the same plates. I have yet to find an iota of difference between these Strong's and the e-Sword Strong's. In short I have not a clue as to which edition of Strong's Numbers is included by e-Sword but it does follow the two volumes I have..

I have two hard copies of Nave's. The first's does not have an ISBN but the copyright page lists the following:

Copyright by
The Southwestern Co.
1962
------
Copyright by
Orville J. Nave
1896
------
Copyright by
Orville J. Nave
1897
------
Copyright by
J. B. Henderson
1921

The second is copyright 1974 by the Moody Bible Institute with an ISBN of 0-8024-5861-0. They are not page for page exact duplicates as the Strong's appear to be. The Moody has a Reviser's Preface. It says that it has added eighty new topics and recast and amplified more than five hundred. However, It does not provide an addenda of changes but after a light perusal it appears as though the e-Sword version follows my Southwestern volume.

I hope this helps

Looks like the complete text exists in many other places on the internet. I'll import the complete text from elsewhere and publish as a module.

This resolves the original poster's issue with a remake of Scofield: http://www.biblesupp...-topical-index/

If any real evidence turns up of other resources missing data, I'll see about remaking them.

Josh hi,
I have been comparing the Scofield+ just to see if any verse level comments are not shown that are in the official module. Here is a list of the missing ones.
Hope this is helpful.

That means those verses are missing from TheWord's module too. I extracted the text from TheWord's official module and did a substantial amount of reformatting. There were a lot of errors and inconsistencies in the text--more than I thought there would be. And even some odd script errors (like where a script ran to make theWord module and generated an overflow error).

I'll added these to the e-Sword module and I will re-release this module for TheWord while I'm at it.

(Naves Topical Bible)

In both instances, the differences are found only by literally comparing the e-Sword resource, with several different editions of the hard copy text.

This is something that should be a part of quality testing, prior to public release.

The Spanish Resource Creation Team took advantage of the change to SQLite, by going through virtually all Spanish language resources that had previously created by other parties, and correcting the errors in them. (In some instances, the errata list was sent upstream.)

On more than one occasion, I've been asked why English language resources haven't been subject to the same scrutiny. Especially since there are known issues in both official and user created resources.
