I've seen an Interlinear Hebrew/English NT.
I've seen a Hebrew NT with Strong's Numbers.

I don't think I've seen an Interlinear Hebrew/English NT with Strong's Numbers, though.

I might have seen a Spanish/Hebrew NT with Strong's Numbers. On second thoughts, that team is more likely to create an entire Bible, than just the NT.

I have a copy of Green's interlinear translation (book form) it translates old and new testaments. There is a free program called ISA2 basic which is close to green's gives a fairly good word for word translation of the original Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek texts. Excelent study tool if you want to see what the original transcripts say. Hope some day a Green's module will be available.
