Tab Names now Required for Uploads

I don't know why I didn't think of this. :) I never did. Someone suggested that we include tab names on new uploads that use tabs. This way, users know what they're looking for. I've experienced this issue myself--not being able to easily locate a new resource in a crowded field of other tab names.

As I get caught up on tagging, I'll enter the existing tab names for commentaries, dictionaries, and Bibles (at some point).

This is something up-loaders can add too there existing uploads depending on the amount of uploads it will only take a couple minutes
