I went for Biblical Illustrator, but found out trhee files. Must I download three of them, or just chose one of them? In this last case, which one I need?

Hi,

Sounds like you need the self-installing version: Biblical Illustrator.exe

Josh, maybe you can explain the differences between .zip .topx and .exe files. Is there an advantage of one over another. I am guessing that there must be if we are given 3 options in this case. In most cases there is an otion between .exe and .topx. I usually choose .exe when given a choice as it is the fastest. Is there a difference in amount of memory used? Are there other advantages?

The exe simply installs the file into your e-Sword directory.

The .Zip file is a smaller, more compressed file that you then have to unzip and manually move to your e-Sword directory.

The above two files accomplish the exact same thing, just one does it for you, and the other you have to do manually.

The .topx file (at least for the BI module) contains stuff that didn't apply to any specific book, chapter, and verse (intro to the series, bibliographical information, those types of things that really don't have a specific place in the Commentary module).
