Hello, I use e-sword X,

I'd like a module to rename bibles translations,

for example, I have a bible translation named "Darby" in my country but on the software it's called "French DB", so I'd like to rename it "Darby".

I have some others translation with this problem also…

Thank you very much !

Does someone have Dutch bible / commentaries (and other modules) for e-sword V.11 (windows pc) ?
The dutch modules from the site I have already downloaded, sadly the commentaries from dachsel and Matthew Henry are not for the PC.

Thanks in advance
DutchChristian

Hi, there is a strong's coded to dutch here:
http://www.biblesupp.../file/4800-dsv/

Concerning other Dutch resources, sadly from what I have seen, there is not much out there in Dutch.
Perhaps others can address the Commentaries query since I haven't looked for those...

Assuming that you have a Mac desktop PC or a MacBook (laptop), then here is something that will help you.

Click here and download SQLite manager for macOS. I think this is free.

Trust that you will find this helpful.

William Hendriksen commentary

That commentary is available under the name "Baker's New Testament Commentary"  as the  series was published by Baker Publishing and completed by Simon Kistemaker after Hendriksen's death.

The module for e-Sword is a premium or paid module sold for $59.99, and can be downloaded using e-Sword's built in downloader.

It would be great to have the Pickering F35 Greek text.  That is available for Crosswire but not for e-Sword.  I also see no posts or tutorials about how one might create an e-Sword module with this Crosswire content.

Thanks,

Jim

Perhaps I should have added to my previous post that both logos and Accordance have added F35 to their list of available texts.  e-Sword really should have the same for those interested in the MT.

Well, what a great question.  I will put my 2 cents in as a new user of e-Sword.  I very much would like access to the Pickering F35 (Family 35) Greek text.  Interestingly, it is available on the crosswire.org site and so is available to Sword apps like PocketSword on iOS.  But I cannot see how to import it into e-Sword.  If you could do this it would be great, or if you could point the way as to how I could do it, I would be very appreciative.  There is such a good choice among Greek texts already available, but the F35 has certain features to recommend it over all other Byzantine texts.

Thanks for your help!

\Jim

Here is a link for the Pickering Greek NT (F35).  Only it is in .PDF Format.   Over 800 pages.

Hope it helps.
