I am not sure what you mean, are you referring to pocket e sword for windows mobile devices (6.5 and earlier)?

cab format is used in a kind of moblile phone(exe file can't be used in the phone). I opened the link you gave me but there seems not to be any cab files.In fact, I found the file :
Pocket_e-Sword.PPC420_StrongARM.CAB and installed it into my phone but it was empty when opened because there was no relevent resources. So I wonder where I can find any!

I do not have enough information to know what your problem is. There are usually two files that you need to install on your device to get pocket e sword working. I cannot remember what the other was called. It is some sql... file. You then need to copy resources to the correct folder on your device.
