We have a new feature in My Settings / Notification Options (click Settings from the main menu of this site, then click Notification Options). You can now choose to be notified when someone comments on a file you uploaded.

Hi Josh,
Having these notification are really good because it helps in sending quick replies and help when needed to do so.
The thing I like about it are the options of the way (method) to which one receives the notifications. Most of mine I receive by email, as this means I can email the person directly if necessary.
Also, thanks for that little extra one too.
