I can’t download and integrate the above on e-sword for iPad, can anyone advise please. I have it on my Windows PC but can’t get it on my iPad??.

You need to download the version labeled:
horae_homileticae_-_charles_simeon.cmti
This is Apple/Mac and Android version of the module
