Wonderful program. I did try to search for what I am looking for. But never found it. I am looking for english Targums to install on the android app. Someone mentioned being able to install mac modules on there. But that doesn't really solve my problem. Exe files don't install on Android. Usually apk files. So I am at a loss. Thanks.

The module download title was misleading. They have been converted for use in Apple and Android. Those only use the bbli type.

I have changed the title.

Thanks very much. It worked! Unfortunately, it isn't in English. Hopefully we'll see that available soon.

Hey Guys,

Just got a new Moto phone, it has taken 2 days just to find an app to transfer my files from the old phone to the new, E-sword transferred but started up as a new install, I have a download folder on my sd card that has my purchased bibles in it, when I try to import them as I did the last time i got a new phone, it says cannot import file,

ASV 1901, NKJV, The Message, LIV, NIV, NLT, NRSV, NWT, NCV, NIrV, AMP, these all have the extension BBLi and the last time I changed phones they imported just fine.

Any help please?

Thank you.

In my android phone experience with e-Sword, I needed to go the menu, go to the Download section, go to Bibles, and then select one of my previously purchased Bibles, and then hit the download symbol in the top right corner (down arrow inside of a cloud).  It should popup with a dialog box to enter your credentials.  You will need the Email and the Product Key and then hit the Validate button.  If you don't have the Email/Product Key combination that you used to purchase the Bible, then you will need to track that down from the source where you purchased the Bible.

This was not an issue on my last phone when I moved to a new phone, both phones were samsung galaxies and I used samsung smart switch to move from one to the other with no problems, my bibles on my sd card imported just fine, and they are still woking on my old phone.

was e-sword for android updated and that is why i cannot import my bibles from my sd card? if so where can I find the old version that will allow me to import my bibles as before?

The easiest way to import bibles into e-Sword for Android is to first upload them to a Google Drive, then download them on to the new Android device. Once they are downloaded on to the new Android device they can be imported in to e-Sword

My mistake, I was clicking on the little 4 way arrows and it said can't open file, when I actually selected the files they imported as pretty as you please, its been awhile since i used the import because I don't change phones that often, so I was a bit rusty, lol

Thank you for answering though.
