I have downloaded .exe files but Windows 10 is not installing; offers a list of apps that do not include eSword. Suggestions?

Philemon0369, The files provided on BibleSupport.com are designed to run on the e-Sword application. First, what device are you using? If using an Android device (including use of the Amazon Fire Tablet), or using the Mac, or using the iPad or using the iPhone, you will need to load the appropriate version of e-Sword for your device.
The link is https://www.e-sword.net/links.html and select your device type and follow further links by selecting the appropriate option. More details are available, on the options to HOME, FEATURES, CONTACT, FAQ and LINKS options, after you have made your selection.

If you are running from a device running on the Microsoft Windows, then go to https://www.e-sword.net/downloads.html There are more details on alternative links to HOME, FEATURES, ABOUT, TRAINING, FAQ, and LINKS. There is also a DONATE option.

The designer of the e-Sword application for Bible Study is Rick Meyers. He has exclusive provision of the e-Sword program. Load this from the https://www.e-sword.net website. If you are not using a Microsoft Windows PC or laptop, then unfortunately the program will not be free, because it is provided off another website, where the latest version will always be maintained. This second website, to which you get access from Rick Meyer's website, is either e-Sword X for MAC from iTunes; or e-Sword HD for the iPad from iTunes, or e-Sword LT for iPhone from iTunes, or E-Sword for the Android device from Google Play.

To learn more, on this BIBLE SUPPORT website, click on the HOME option, then select the first line under the HOME row. There you will find various options. While you read a sentence, move your pointer over the words. There are hyperlinks under many words. If your cursor indicates a hyperline, then click that word, to get more details.
PLEASE click your way around, to get more details. This website was intended to be as easy to navigate as possible. The designer of the website, provided an overall HELP option - go to the extreme bottom left corner of the screen, and click on the HELP options, sequentially, to learn how the website was designed to be used. When you click on the HELP option, and select an option. I suggest you make selections from the bottom, sequentially, and upwards, one by one. After each selection, look at the extreme bottom of your screen, to read the brief reply to your selected option.

The webmaster is not resident at the website, so the answers are provided by one small handful of volunteers.

You will also need to be logged in, to be able to download any module from this website. Some are designed for Microsoft PC or laptop use. Others are designed to run on the Apple, or Android devices. You will find more details in the FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS section, and the Answers - to - Questions section of the webpage.

Please learn to read a webpage by reading the topmost row of information. Then read from left to right. Then proceed down the screen, one row at a time, again reading from left to right. Continue right to the bottom of the screen. Please remember to scroll all the way down any screen, and read the whole screen of information, BEFORE you make a selection.
Then start at the very top, again, and only then decide where to make a selection, on an option that looks like it might provide you with the information you need. Watch your cursor. There are hyperlinks under many words. Click the word, to go to the additional hyperlink.

Thank you for your question. For e-sword version 13.0.0 to run, with Windows 10, please read the answers to queries on the FAQ option by Rick Meyers, on https://www.e-sword.net/faq.html

Article dated 2022-11-07 by Nelson Aguilar. So Windows 10 may be on a MAC, if that computer is running on an intel processor. The user can decide whether to boot up in Windows mode, or in Mac mode. However, they still need to have e-Sword for Windows loaded on their device, to be able to run the "*.exe" files downloaded from biblesupport.com

If the user experiences the problem that recent changes to Windows Security blocks either the download or the processing of an .exe file, which was loaded from another computer then that requires another solution.
