A tad more information might just get your question answered. At the moment your question doesn't tell me anything you want help with in what you want to delete. Moreover, questions like what you asked generally get ignored..

How do you delete individual/single/one-at-a-time verse notes in MySword?

Use DB Browser for SQLite: click file open database and select *. all files.
Go to the table tab. the verse notes are in the same table or another table as the Bible verse.
edit and exit and save.
And take your time for editing your own verse notes so that you not need to upload thrice in a week for only 3 changes each.
