When you click the download button a small window opens asking you to agree to the terms for downloading, In lower left corner there is check box check that and blue button will appear labeled Agree & Download click this to open the actual download page for the item you want

If you are using the Microsoft Edge browser, and have encountered the fact that the files with ".exe" in the filename are being blocked, here is a way around this problem.

ModuleInstallerSetup06.exe is being blocked by the updated security provided on Windows PC when I try to download this file. I see the download occur, then the PC sees the ".exe" filetype, and immediately blocks the file, so that it cannot be seen. It is essential that you modify your PC so that it asks you what to do everytime a download occurs.
SOLUTION:
[1] In Microsoft, edge://settings/downloads for the option "Ask me what to do with each download", which has the hint "Always ask me if I want to save a file or open it without saving", change the toggle so that this will be set "on" with the filled in selection option to the right side, in other words, this option will now be "selected".
[2] To the question "What do you want to do with ModuleInstallerSetup06.exe" there are two options "Open" and "Save as". Select the "Save as" option, then also change the filename by adding .docx to make the filename "ModuleInstallerSetup06.exe.docx" for example, because the "exe" file type is being blocked. Then the PC will allow the file to be downloaded after which you can rename the file type back to the ".exe" file type again, and the PC will allow this.
[3] To the question "ModuleInstallerSetup06.exe.docx could harm your device. Do you want to keep it..." this has two options, "Keep" and "Delete". Select the "Keep" option.

[4] HOW TO UNBLOCK THE RECEIVED ".exe" FILE which was downloaded with the ".docx" file type extension.

[5] Then browse to the file, and select "Properties". At the bottom of the details shown, notice the added Security warning. "Security: This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer." Notice that there is a check box, titled, "Unblock". Select the Unblock check box so that this will have a tick inside. At the bottom are three buttons "OK", and "Cancel", and the "Apply" button, which had previously been greyed out, now becomes available. Select the "Apply" button, and to exit this Properties view, select the "OK" button.

[6] Browse again to the downloaded file. Select the option to rename the file. Change the filename so that the file type is reverted back to ".exe".

[7] To the question "If you change a filename extension, the file might become unusable. Are you sure you want to change it?" there are two options, "Yes", and "No". Select the "Yes" option.

[8] now run the ModuleInstallerSetup06.exe
This will link the modules that have the various e-Sword kind of file types that you download in future, when you select that downloaded e-Sword module, to pick up the ModuleInstaller, which will help you to make a copy of the downloaded e-Sword module to the required destination directory folder.
[9] Please let us know if this procedure worked for you. The same kind of occurrence has to be applied when there is an ".exe" file inside a ".zip" folder. You have to change the properties of the zipped files, when they are unzipped, by changing the blocked option, to UNBLOCK, BEFORE running the unzipped .exe file, otherwise the .exe part of the unzipped file will be deleted by the PC.

[10] Remember, the ModuleInstaller needs to be installed, by letting it run. Remember, you can download all old ".exe" files this way in future.

HINT: When processing any old modules that have the file type in CAPITAL letters, edit the filename to change the file type to lowercase small letters, then Module Installer will be able to process them. If the possessive apostrophe or other character in a filename was corrupted during download, just remove that apostrophe - or correct the filename, then that downloaded e-Sword module will install okay, and the filename will be readable in the destination folder.
