ToolTip and MAC OS

Does ToolTip install and run on a MAC?

The short answer is, no, it is made to run in Windows only. I have tried installing it using PlayOnMac, but couldn't get it to work. I have heard that some people successfully use it with CrossOver, but I have never tried this myself. You can find out more about CrossOver here:

What Crossover does is what emulators can't do, which is, it causes Windows software to, guess what, run natively on Mac systems. Cool hey?!

CrossOver works differently. It's not an emulator. It does the work of translating Windows commands into Mac commands so that you can run Windows software as if it were designed native to Mac.

 

So with that capability you guys are really spoiled.
