I can't believe I registered just to tell you this. This 3mb bible reader converts virtually all bible format.

Ya it's a free bible reader that also converts stuff. I saw the site yesterday, refused to download it, wasted about 500mb on different software,
downloaded 20% of perl and stopped, got the bible reader from the link above and I'm converting like....

It supports official esword files unlike the perl tool and that best program.

Although, it does not convert directly to cmtx format, you can use it to convert to bbl or not and then use this perl script or BEST to convert to cmtx

I removed this link because decrypting premium e-Sword modules is a violation of e-Sword's License Agreement. If I'm incorrect in this assessment, I will re-add the link

I'd be extremely surprised if it supported official e-Sword 9.x resources.

That is the way I read the e-Sword EULA. That is also what Rick means in the e-Sword EULA.

The said software only handles various bible formats, not commentaries, dictionaries, or other modules, and it's very doubtful, that it can convert official e-Sword bibles
