With the recent arrival of e-Sword for Android devices and it's ability to import third party modules, I feel a quick refresher on the various bible module formats that are available here on Bible Support might be in order.
The Modules available from Bible Support cover every category of module that can be used with e-Sword for Windows, Apple/Mac devices and now Android devices.. The majority of modules found on Bible Support are available in English and there are also a large number of foriegn language modules available this includes bible modules, commentary modules, dictionary modules and countless reference books.
The majority of the modules available here on Bible Support are for the Windows version of e-Sword with some modules available for use with Apple/Mac/Android versions of e-Sword
Here are the latest versions of e-Sword available from the e-Sword official website:
Windows: Version 13
Mac: Version 8.06

iPhone: Version 11.6
Andriod: Version 2
Here are the module file formats that are available here on Bible Support:
Starting with the release of e-Sword 11 for Windows the Windows version of e-Sword can run both the modules for e-Sword 9 and 10 as well as all modules in the Apple/Mac format. The Apple/Mac and Andriod versions of e-Sword use only the Apple/MAC module format.
Windows only modules can be converted to the Apple/Mac/Android file format using the converter availble on the e-Sword webpage, this includes the older modules for use with e-Sword versions 8 and earlier:

The converter is a Windows application that will run and Windows PCs natively and can be run on Mac computers using a compatibity program such as Crossover Mac from Codweavers.
There are also over 1000 modules available here on Bible Support for use with the Android bible program MySword, these modules are not compatible with any version e-Sword but can be converted using a program called Simple Bible Reader
