That's a very limited preview of a copyrighted book. Not all the text is there, just a teaser amount. And no, we can't convert copyrighted books without the publishers consent just like Google Books couldn't provide the whole text of the book.

Sorry, it's copyrighted too and sold for a great deal of money as well. The same priniciple applies: we can't give away a copy of something that the owner sells for a substantial sum. There's a few laws governing that.
