So, I am in my E-Sword module and the Hebrew words in the Keil and Delitzsch Commentary are in blue.  They look like they are hyper-linked for something.  For example:  The commentary on Exodus 3:1--When Moses was keeping the flock of Jethro, his father-in-law, he drove them on one occasion behind the desert, and came to the mountains of Horeb. רֹעֶה הָיָה, lit. “he was feeding:” the participle expresses the continuance of the occupation. הַמִּדְבָּר אַחַר does not mean ad interiora deserti (Jerome);

Anyway, I would love to know what book would hyperlink to these blue Hebrew letters.  Is there one?

IE, I would love to click the word and X dictionary definition would come up.  Sorry, if this is a little confusing.

Jesus bless you and thank you for your time.

So, I guess since there is no reply, there is no book (dictionary) that links with Keil and Delitzsch in E-Sword.

Thanks anyway.

Wow, my mistake.  There is a ton of resources.  I am not sure if any directly link to Keil and Delitzsch, but I could stop being lazy and figure it out.  Thank you.

Actually, the Hebrew words you are referring to are not links. It is customary in e-Sword resources for Hebrew and Greek words to be coloured blue. So the short answer is that they don't link to anything.

I asked about this before, and was wondering why they are not clickable links, or at least why they don't have a pop-up explaining the meaning of the word in English, or a Strong's reference to the word. There is no such thing in e-Sword. There are modules you can purchase for Olive Tree, and Logos that are clickable etc. I also believe the Blue Letter Bible, which is online through your browser has many resources that do what you and I would both like. Unless you can read Greek or Hebrew they are of no use in e-Sword.

You will have to study the verse in KJV (TVMN-Strongs) or RV and work around the Greek / Hebrew.  I also recommend using a Greek / Hebrew grammars to assist your understanding.  They do contain English translation.  Also get an English grammar as well.

so “he was feeding” is the participle, which expresses the continuance of the occupation (its function in the sentence)

You learn about words in a Greek / Hebrew lexicon or theological dictionary and doing a word study.  This involves using the tissue inside our boned head called the "brain".  I like to play vegetable w. my "brain" at times too.

I am not sure that in logos you can hyperlink on a Greek / Hebrew in works outside the Greek / Hebrew texts.  I am unable to check my logos at this time.

There are a number of bible modules with strongs numbers that when hovered over open pop ups with strongs information. As for the blue Hebrew text those are not hyperlinks but just a way of setting the Hebrew text apart from the English text. The same method is used for Greek text in the NT.

The blue text are not links, in e-Sword bible modules blue text is used for three things; Hebrew text in the OT, Greek text in the NT and the full text of Apocrypha.

There are number of bible modules available with Strong's Numbers included within the bible text which are connected to e-Sword dictionary modules. When you hover over the Strong's Number pop ups will open revealing the information for that number from Strong's Dictionary module.
