HOW TO START A NEW QUESTION TO RECEIVE ANSWERS
Click on the "Home" tab. The URL is http://www.biblesupport.com/
Begin to read from the top of the page, each line sequentially, right to the bottom. 
Then read again. Notice all words in a different color - indicating that you can click there to receive more information.
Follow the supplied hyperlinks, to read more. You will find what you are looking for.
The e-Sword User's Guide is available in PDF format. Click on the hyperlink. 
Notice the sentence "Get answers to e-Sword questions". Click on the hyperlink.
Read the contents - you will be on http://www.biblesupport.com/index
Notice there is an entry, "e-Sword Questions & Answers". Select this option.
Read the titles of the existing topics. There may be a suitable one where you will find an answer to your query.
Read this page carefully, from the topmost line, each line sequentially, to the bottom. Now read again - can you find an answer?

WHEN YOU REPORT A PROBLEM: Please provide full details of your computer, version of operating system, version of e-Sword, and what is puzzling you, so that someone could try to reproduce the error you received, step by step, and then in their imagination, or on another machine, try to ascertain why your device experienced your error. We will try to resolve your problem, to your satisfaction, and also ensure that the cause of the problem will also receive attention. Provide the title of the page showing on the screen, and the exact wording and the full details of the error you receive, when you did something specific. Please verify that you can reproduce the same error, when you use a different internet browser, and are following the exact steps which you want to report to us. 
HINT: (1) Did you remember to use the Power, Restart option, to restart your PC after there was a recent Windows update, or module update? 
HINT: (2) Did you then test three times for Windows Updates, sequentially, so that you are sure that there are no updates outstanding, not yet fully loaded, which your device manufacturer has already provided to resolve known problems on your device, and known security issues, with solutions which you had not yet implemented? 
HINT: (3) Did you update your antivirus software, and checked that it allows your device to download modules from biblesupport.com and from https://e-Sword.net?
