So I'm computer retarded and I downloaded tiptool, the latest version available.  After download was completed I got a message that windows blocked in because it may damage my device.   

 

"this file was blocked because it could harm your device"

 

 

How do I get tooltip working.

nevermind, once I ignored about 6 prompts trying to encourage me not to continue I finally got in download.
