As above post. Plus make sure you have updated Windows because some runtimes need to be updated which I think this error is pointing to. Google "unable to register the dll/ocx:regsvr32" and see what you can find.

I have only Win XP and Linux with Wine; the error deals with administrative privilege, so far I can't find a work around in Wine installation, and Win XP is outdated. I've given up on Windows.

Where would I find earlier versions? I did a search and could only find updated version.

There are three versions of ToolTip NT available for download from here on Bible Support, the listed version is 2020.04.11 which was the last version uploaded. The developer also included access to two earlier versions 2019.10.07 and 2019.08.19.

Tooltip can be downloaded from this page here on Bible Support:

http://www.biblesupp...ooltip-tool-nt/

When you click download you are taken to a screen that displays short download agreement with a check box below asking you to agree to the terms. Check the box and a blue button labeled "agree & download" button appears, click the button and the download screen will open.

The download screen lists the three version of ToolTip that I listed above

I found the 2019 version, you have to go to the 2020 download page, then click download, then click accept, then it takes you to where the choices are. You can download 2019 from there. it opens for me too when installed.

NOTE: Before combining any files make sure to make back up copies of the individual files!!

Once you have downloaded and installed Tooltip NT and then open the program all you need to do is select "Modules" from the menu across the top of ToolTip NT to open the modules drop down menu. Near the bottom of the modules drop down menu there is an option labeled "Combine Files" Select this option and smaller menu will open displaying all of the file types used by e-Sword. From the smaller menu select TOPX files. Once you do this a small window will open which you will use to navigate to the folder or folders containing the files you wish to combine.

Once you are in the correct folder where the files are located another window will open containing two small windows sitting side by side. The left small window will contain the list of the files found in the folder you selected, the right small window will be empty.

From the file list on the left select the files you want to combine and the names of the files will appear in the empty window on the right side of the combine files window.

The combine files window has two buttons at the bottom one marked "OK" and the other marked "Cancel" click OK to combine the selected files.

When I select the files nothing appears in  the blank box to the right. When I click OK anyway the boxes just disappear,

Double click on them. Or drag and drop them to the right window, then they will populate the right window.
