This would take some time, and experience. Both I dont have much of. The commentaries available to the Open Source community seem to be at a stand still, since of course, the hard work of so many individuals have made the processing of every available resource already a reality. But there is one commentary that would take extreme expertise, especially since it is littered with Hebrew, Greek, and Latin. Still, it is regarded by many scholars as one of the finest commentaries ever regarding etymology and word backgrounds. It is the ICC. International Critical Commentary. As of right now, about 40 out of the present 60 volumes are open source. I have added all Public Domain copies to a single page on archive .org.
