I thought I had bought Ultimate x-refs in the past. However it doesn’t show (version. 12).  Recognizing that memory was maybe bad, I intended to buy it. But Checkout indicates that indeed I already own it. But when I attempted to download it using the “recovery” feature, it can't find it. (I have not changed my email or password) So what do I do now?
