Another thing about the ESV+, AMP+ etc, databases have an additional table, named as Notes. This table contains 5 Fields which are:

 

Book. Referring to the books of the Bible

Chapter. Referring to the chapters in each book of the Bible

Verse. Refers to the verses in each chapter of the book of the Bible

ID. Refers to the identification of the notes

Note. Refers to the actual note in relation to the above Fields

 

as seen in the Screenshot below. Also note the Notes Table listed in the Database Schema with the other Tables, on the right of the screenshot.

Just a note of caution. If you have existing words highlighted in the text they will be offset by an amount equal to each N1 N2 etc that you put in afterwards, if they are before a highlighted section/word in that chapter.
