Currently e-Sword lists the Bibles you have in alphabetical order. Are there any plans on allowing the user to set their own order? Personally, I would like to have the KJV at the beginning/top of the list.

e-Sword Library Manager 1.5 adds a number as prefix of the filename.
Don't change the default KJV or KJV+ (e-Sword reinstall himself) but use a copy or another KJV edition.
