I had sought for some time for an e-Sword bible module based on the Berean Study Bible. It's ease of reading in modern English and yet accurate context has won me over in the last couple of years, but it's use in PDF format is murder.

I found one here on Bible support from over a year ago (Feb 2019), but nothing more recent. Nothing anywhere else either.

I inquired both with the publisher, and other folks about it, and after researching the licensing, I decided to expand my knowledge base in making my own based off a recent release.

If it was going to get done, I had to do it myself. This is my first foray into module making so please bear with me with using the BBLX format first. I had the pleasure of a friend's recent LSV build being put up here, and decided to go the same path for starters.

I also had the pleasure of having the Berean Bible folks doing the bulk of the work with their text file release. I'd like to thank them and all involved in it's creation for all the hard work they have done. I'm a nobody, but if I can do something to move the goal along, I'm more than happy to do it.

This is a "free licensed for full text electronic use" Berean Study Bible based on the recent online release of 06/03/2020 at [Berean.Bible].

For now it is a Verse only bible. I'd love to do Red Letter version. Also a BBLI version for more compatibility across users. I would love to learn how to do strongs and verse tool-tipping. But that's a learning curve so no promises.
I will update this with their last online release when it comes out before printed bibles begin. (They are shooting for Printing in November of this year of 2020.

I hope you enjoy this resource as much as I have, and in being able to contribute to others with it.

It is licensed under Bible Hub / Berean Bible's Digital Use (Websites, Software, Apps, Audio) license for which I applied for and obtained at [berean.bible/licensing.htm].

You are not permitted to alter the text or produce derivatives of the text itself.

You are permitted to insert commentary or explanatory information if it is clearly distinguishable from the Berean Bible text itself.

The Berean Bible must be included as a free add on to any software or work.

I cannot thank you enough for this version.  It is just fantastic what this organization is doing.  It is totally opposite of the Nearly Inspired Version (He heh).  Thanks for putting forth the effort!

You are more than welcome kalamop27. And I defer your and my thanks toward the folks at Berean Bible since they did most of the work. :)

Grace and Peace!

Also, it is now mid November and the printed version is yet to be made available. I do have the most recent text version which is no longer listed as draft, and has not changed since August final release, so I will try and make a 1.2 version of the module here in the next couple of weeks.
