Send a request to Rick. Historically, he has distributed it only on request.

e-Sword Hotkey can only read user created e-Sword resources.

e-Sword HotKey does not access any resource directly. It uses the same Macro interface as MS-Word, in that it is just a simple COM interface, and thus has the nearly the same functionality as you have in MS-Word in any program. And HotKey can do lookups on multiple scripture references at the same time.
