Text in recently installed reference book is blacked out

I just installed several of H.C.G. Moule's resource modules into e-sword, and one of them is not working properly. The text appears blacked out/redacted. I have attached a pic as an example below.

 

Has anyone else run into this?

What is the name of the file you downloaded?

 

Secondly, where's the image of the example?! No image has been attached.
