Last night a fellow user of e-Sword and Tooltip asked me about how chapters are numbered is topic files. When using the automatic numbering system in Tooltip, the chapters are numbered using 3 digits like this: 001, 002, 003 etc. The first zero on the left remains when a modules has 10 or more chapters and the numbers look like this 010, 011, 012 etc.

Is there a way to drop the first zero on the left to create just 2 digit chapter numbers? Such as 01, 02, 03 an 10, 11, 12 etc?

Okay I now know the answer to this, it seems that Tooltip will automatically make all chapter numbers 3 digits if the number of chapters exceeds 99.
