Liking e-Sword

Hi All
I have downloaded the new version of Esword Hotkey onto win 10 computer we have just inherited. Thouigh when I click on the icon the blue circle appears for a moment as if it is going to open and then nothing happens.
I have uninstalled this now 2-3 times and also tried older versions of Hotkey although nothing working.
Can anyone help with this. Hotkey is such a time saving tool.
Appreciate any assistance or support
