Friends I love using eSword, and have attempted to install the macros into Microsoft Word, from Office 365.  I can see the macros under the view, macros tab, but when I click on them they do nothing, even when I have eSword open.  What am I doing wrong, or is there something that I have left out?  Any help is GREATLY appreciated,

Thanks,

Richard Dillon

Hi Richard,

The e-Sword version 12 macros for Microsoft Word, range from Word 2016, all the way down to Word 2000. As to whether or not the current version of macros will work in MS Word 365, the best person who can tell you this is Rick Meyers. Or maybe there is someone else here who uses Office 365 can tell you. But if I were you, I'd ask Rick.

Blessings,

Thanks so much for your reply!  I hope someone else has Office 365 and can tell me how to get the macros to work, and list their functionality. Thanks again!

Blessings,

As per my reply to Richard Dillon, the best way to find out is simply by asking Rick Meyers. Click here to contact him, and just as him. He will reply to you, and give you the information you need.

Blessings,

Stephen (Php 1:21).

I fixed a similar problem by uninstalling Office 64-bit and then installing Office 32-bit.

If this works for you please let me know.

Richard,

Can you access the macro eswordpaste. If so, tick the 'Include text formatting' box. For some reason the macros will only work on some PCs when this is done. Give it a try and see how it goes.
