Hi, I want to add more modules to my e-sword on my laptop, but when I click on the "Download" tab, the only section I can click on is the last tab: "Proxy Settings". The rest are showing as pale colouring, not clickable. What is stopping me from being able to click those and add more modules?

Its not an e-Sword Problem. Seems like a problem with WiFi.

Suggest you get a hold  of an Ethernet Cable, bang one end into your laptop, and the other end into your Modem/Router in one of the four ports where it says, "Ethernet." Ensure you  have your WiFi turned off on your laptop before you do the Ethernet Cable thingy, and then reconnect  and log into your network.

Trust this will help you.

Blessings and a Happy New Year.

I had a similar situation. The solution for me was to reset the Advanced settings of internet properties.

See picture.
