Hello leebird2016,
HOW TO FIND HELP IN BIBLESUPPORT.COM
Help is available from BIBLESUPPORT.COM by selecting the "Help" tag at the footer of any of the web pages.
It is essential when driving your computer that you read the webpage from the topmost line, and from left to right, then sequentially, line by line, and continue to read, right down to the very bottom of the webpage, including the information in the footer of the page. Try to understand all the words and terms used. Any words you do not know, you need to research further. You will learn by asking yourself questions, and trying to find the answer, yourself, in answers already supplied to previous FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), provided by volunteers in previous years. Then re-read the webpage again, and seek to find an appropriate option to select.

First - are you using a PC, and is it a laptop, desktop, running Microsoft or LINUX? Are you using some version of the Apple MAC? Are you downloading to a mobile device? What method do you use to access e-Sword from your PC? Which version of e-Sword are you using, which you will see in the e-Sword tab "Help", and "About"? Did you load e-Sword from https://www.e-sword.net or from somewhere else? What was the latest update of the computer operating system are you using, and have you updated that recently? Is your browser up to date as well? In your PC, see the option "Help > Settings > About". Is your device a mobile device, and if so, is it Android, or Apple, and to which operating system version?

Which specific books did you download from BIBLESUPPORT.COM, and into which folder did your PC download the files. What was the name of the file which was successfully downloaded?
What did you then try to do with the downloaded files, which need to be copied into the e-Sword File Resources Location folder, at This PC; Windows (C:); C:\Program Files (x86)\e-Sword and after that, you need to reload e-Sword to see the recently installed files in the relevant e-Sword screen pages.
Volunteers can offer help, but need you to provide all the relevant information.

With e-Sword open, use option "F1" function key to open the e-Sword User Guide. You should find your answers there.
The top line of this webpage BIBLESUPPORT.COM indicates that this website provides BIBLE SUPPORT for the application known as e-Sword which helps us with Free Bible Study Content.
You need to have e-Sword loaded on your device. That is available from https://www.e-sword.net supplied by the developer, Rick Meyers. He is able to reply to your queries about how e-Sword works. His website also answers Frequently Asked Questions, and has a most helpful training page, with free on-screen training options. You will find the link on your e-Sword "Help" option to "Training Demos", which requires internet access.

When I re-load the latest copy of e-Sword which was downloaded from https://www.e-sword.net/ then what I do is to run the e-Sword setup file twice. First, I run the “Modify” option. This changes the program features which are installed, and displays the custom selection dialogue, in which we can change the way features are installed. Then, secondly, I re-run the e-Sword setup file again, this time using the “Repair” option, which will fix missing or corrupted files, shortcuts and registry entries. In this way the necessary e-Sword files are reinstalled in the two …\e-Sword file-folders, and in the registry settings.

The bottom line on any of the BIBLESUPPORT.COM webpages indicates that "Help" is available here also. Did you try that option?
Below the heading line on BIBLESUPPORT.COM are options to "Tutorials". Did you look for answers there?

Load e-Sword on your PC. To update e-Sword visit https://www.e-sword.net
The "Help" option informs us that we can access the e-Sword User's Guide, by using the keyboard function key "F1". This document is in PDF format, and is loaded when we load the latest version of e-Sword from https://www.e-sword.net
Press the "F1" function key. If on a laptop, also press "Fn" key to access the function option, because some manufacturers re-use the numerical keys for other functions.
Having opened the eSword User's Guide, which is in PDF format, use keyboard quick link Ctrl+F to "Find" and enter the word you are looking for, bblx, in the search box, and read the page found. Ctrl+F means press the Ctrl key, and while holding that down, also press the F key. Then release both keys. You will then be able to enter a search word into the search box in the PDF file which you have open. Follow on-screen prompts
.
You will find "bblx" on e-Sword User's Guide on page 38. You will find "download" in the e-Sword User's Guide on page 1, 20, 21, 37, 40, 42, 43, 44, 172, 188, 210, 214, 219, 222.
