Download Module some downloads are red letters

Hi All

 

I just bought AMG Word dictionary hebrew / Greek on E sword website and I went to download it and its in red lettering and cant download it! I've paid for it and have the serial for it but it wont download. I've sent both customer service as well as technical support but no response! Is there any one her that can help?

You need to install e-Sword 12.1.0. It is specifically for this issue.

 

Note the change log

 

e-Sword version 12.1

Downloader updated to accomodate the AMG Publishers titles now being sold through eStudySource.
