Does anyone know a way to remove a user module from e-Sword HD once it has been installed using file sharing?

It would be helpful to mention where you found it, to assist others.
Good point.
It's actually under the "Resources" download menu.
The "Installed" list lists all the e-Sword resources currently on your iPad.
The "delete" button will delete the currently selected module from your iPad.
